Abdominals Stretchs:

To stretch out your abs you can perform the following stretch either on your elbows or on your hands, depending on your flexibility.

The On Elbows/Rising Stomach Stretch. To perform the On Elbows Stomach Stretch, lie face down and bring your hands close to your shoulders. Keep your hips on the ground, look up slightly and rise up onto your elbows.

To perform the Rising Stomach Stretch, lie face down and bring your hands close to your shoulders. Keep your hips on the ground, look Credit union order up and rise up by straightening your arms. (Basically it stretches the same abdominal muscles the elbows stretch does, but once you lift up onto your hands you are stretching deeper core muscles.)
