Achilles & Soleus Stretch:

Soleus/ Achilles Stretch
This next stretch pictured is called the Leaning Heel Back Achilles Stretch. This stretch is performed in the same manner as the Leaning Heel Back Calf Stretch except that there is a bend in the back leg, emphasizing a stretch in the Achilles complex and Soleus.
- The Tibialis Posterior, soleus, peroneus longus, peroneus brevis, and flexor hallucis longus are all stretched.
