Adductor Stretches – Top Ten Stretches

Adductor  Stretches:

For the Adductors we will use the Standing Adductor Stretch. This stretch is performed by standing in a straddle stance with feet wider than shoulder width. Keep your toes pointed straight ahead and lean to one side while keeping the other leg straight to stretch the adductor complex. As a progression you can bend one knee all the way down so that your hands are rested on the ground.

These both stretch the adductor complex, which includes: the adductor longus, adductor magnus, adductor brevis, the gracilis, and the pectineus.
