I do believe staying away from processed foods would be the first step to be able to reduce weight. They might taste beneficial, but packaged foods include almost no vitamins and minerals, causing you to consume more simply to have sufficient power to get over the day. When you are often feeding on these foods, moving over to grain and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more power while eating less. Good writing.

Hey, very nice website. I actually came across MyPyramid vs. MyPlate: What’s the difference? | Houston Personal Training - Memorial Park - X Factor Fitness Solutions Blog on Bing, and I am happy I did. I will definately be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment. Thank You

I completely agree! Having a coach or a mentor can take you to places you didn't think you could go. I remember having an organ teacher that made me play a piece that seemed so difficult, I could barely read the music when I started. He helped me break down every measure, and learn step by step. I was able to perform that piece at the National Cathedral in Washington D. C. - something that seemed completely out of reach when I started. A mentor can spark something in you that you didn't know was there. I think personal training does exactly that!
