As you sit at your desk today and do whatever mental task you have to do, don’t forget to get up every hour. Drink a glass of water and stretch the tight spots that become weak as they stay in a shortened state all day long. You will be amazed how your mental tasks become easier when your body isn’t screaming in your ear. Just a thought for the day as I realize that I too have been sitting at a desk for about half of today. Have a great day and don’t forget, treat your body nice, its the only one you get.
